A decent stay. Some aspects need improvement

Breakfast offered many choices. I found this charmed. the garden had a beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere. it was the best hotel i ever had in many years of holiday in thailand. the location is in walking distance to many tourist places though.

The staff vibes felt off. They did not feel hospitable at all. This concerned me. numerous people commented on how unwelcoming and rude the staff were. i suspect it relates to the quieter season. our shower was not clean. there was mould growing.

The hotel has a good location near many shops and restaurants.

The room I booked was quite outdated and not as shown in the online photos. There were also blood stains on the sheets which I found unacceptable.

i cannot say enough good things! the hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach. access to local restaurants and the night market is super convenient. the staff were friendly, especially at the reception and poolside bar! i found them really attentive.

the lighting in the room was a little dim, but honestly, that is a VERY minor point.

the pool area features comfortable sunbeds. the beach is cleaned regularly by the hotel staff. there are enough sunbeds with parasols, a real bonus since many non-guests try to use them!

the staff at the front desk were especially helpful! they answered all my questions and helped with local activity bookings. the restaurant is good and efficient. breakfast was really nice with a very good variety.

The location was awesome. The beach offered an infinity pool that looked directly over the sea. our room was lovely, decorated nicely with a massive, comfortable bed. the terrace provided a view of the lush garden. It reminded me of a little oasis. the beach was only steps away, it was such a treat.

While the breakfast was fabulous. One morning i decided to take my coffee back to the room, as i hadn't finished it, and was stopped by one of the waitresses. it felt a bit petty.

The staff were amazing and friendly. a beautiful bouquet of flowers was gifted when we left. people were helpful and took great care of their clients. i felt supported .

the hotel is situated right on the beach, close to many restaurants and shops, this provided great access. the hotel is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and convenience stores, such great access. there are great possibilities.

the room was a great size and ideal for our needs. my room was cleaned very well with lots of extra touches, it felt fresh. the bed was comfortable and we slept very well for the most part.

Comfortable sun loungers are available. Good lounger availability is present on the beach section. there is a nice beach bar. It offered good drink availability, i loved the drinks. the pool is well sized looking out to the beach.

Breakfast was very good. It changed everyday. the restaurant is good, such nice dishes. the breakfast offered a huge variety of local and international dishes both hot and cold. I could also make my own fresh juice.
